We Support Women in the Microsoft Data Platform Community

The Data platform industry still have a lot of work to do when it comes to improving the recruitment, retention, and involvement of women workers. Women remain highly under-represented in the data space; of the people working in computing-related jobs, only 26% are women. To make matters worse, 66% of women in the industry report having no clear career path forward at their current companies.

This needs to change.

We created Data WIT to give women in data a chance to connect, discuss important topics, and learn the skills they need to advance their careers. By supporting Data WIT, you support the work for positive change in the broader data community.
