Tracy is a Senior SQL Developer at Abarca Health LLC, whose SQL expertise is matched only by her commitment to creating positive change. While her days are filled with SQL Server challenges, Tracy’s heart beats for more than just databases. For nearly two decades, she has been a dedicated advocate for foster children as part of the NC Guardian ad Litem program, giving voice to the voiceless. Tracy’s impact in the real world extends beyond SQL, as she actively engages with councils and boards, championing the rights of individuals with mental illness and foster families. From Senior SQL Developer to Architect of Change, Tracy’s journey is a testament to her passion for both data and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Josephine Bush has over 10 years of experience as a Database Administrator.
She is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Data Management and Analytics,
and holds a BS in Information Technology, an MBA in IT Management, and an MS in Data Analytics. She is the author of “Learn SQL Database Programming” published by Packt in May 2020.

Deborah Melkin

Deborah Melkin has been working as a database professional with SQL Server for over 20 years. She spends her days helping programmers with all aspects of database design, queries, performance, and deployment. In 2016, she began her blog, Deb the DBA. Soon after that, she began speaking at SQL Saturdays and user groups. Deborah is a board member of the New England SQL Server User group (NESQL) and a member of the Azure Data Community Advisory Council. She was named as One to Watch as part of the #Redgate 100 and won Speaker Idol at PASS Summit 2019. Deborah is also a Microsoft MVP for the Data Platform (2020- ). In her spare time, Deborah can usually be found doing something musical or something geeky with her husband, Andy, and their dog, Sebastian.
